Order Below Exhibit 1

            The Complainant and his advocate are absent for last two dates.  They have not submitted argument for the admission of the complaint.  From title clause it appears that both the Opposite Parties are not functioning within the jurisdiction of this Forum.  Prima facie it appears that this Forum has no territorial jurisdiction.  The complaint is dismissed for default as well as for want of territorial jurisdiction with no order as to costs.
