ORDER

     At this stage, the parties have settled the matter amicably. Vide his separate statement, Sh.Ripudaman Singh, Counsel for Complainant has stated that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and as per settlement, the complainant has received an amount of Rs.9000/- from OP No.2 through its counsel Sh.Ajay Sapehia, Advocate, through Google Pay and hence the complainant does not want to proceed with the present consumer complaint further. In view of the statement made by the counsel for complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
