ORDER

     The case is at the stage of admission. At this stage, vide his separate statement, Sh.Jeevaraj, Counsel for Complainant has stated that due to certain omission in the statement of facts and some other inadvertent mistakes of technical nature, he may be allowed to withdraw the present consumer complaint with liberty to file fresh on the same cause of action with better particulars. In view of the statement made by the counsel for complainant, the complaint is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file fresh on the same cause of action with better particulars, as permissible under the law.

     Certified copy of this order be sent to the complainant free of cost. The file be consigned.
