ORDER

     This consumer complaint was earlier fixed for 24.06.2023 and has been preponed for today vide order dated 16.06.2023 of the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh.

     As per the statement made by Sh.Jitender Bansal, Counsel for Complainants on 16.05.2023, the matter has been settled between the parties and as per settlement, he has received an amount of Rs.5000/- through Google Pay from OP No.1 & 2 towards remaining refund of tickets in full and final settlement in the present matter. In view of the statement of counsel for complainants, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
