Today matter is listed for arguments on admission since the matter does not pertain to consumer dispute as the case pertains to the service availing for business trip coming into commercial sphere of services availed from OP by complainant Hence this Commission has no jurisdiction. Hence the complaint is dismissed in limine with liberty to file afresh before appropriate court. Limitation, if any, be condoned in the interest of justice.
