           Case called up several times since morning, but none has come present today on behalf of complainant. It is already 2.45 P.M. No Intimation is received regarding the non-appearance of complainant and his counsel. From the perusal of the file it is made out that correct address and registered cover has not been filed by the complainant after availing several opportunities. Further Wait is not justified.  It seems that the complainant is not interested to pursuing the present complaint. So, in such like circumstances, present complaint stands dismissed.
