We find from the record that OP-1 as already settled the matter with the complainant further we find from the order-sheet dated 30.05.2022 that OP-3 has also settled the matter with the complainant and in fact an application for recording of settlement between complainant and OP-3 was to be filed. Counsel for OP-3 states that the matter has been settled with the travel agent. It seems may be because of this reason the complainant is not appearing before this Commission. In this view the matter is treated as settled between the parties. File be consigned to record room.
