ORDER

     The case was fixed for consideration on admission hearing. Today, counsel for complainant has made an endorsement on the front page of the complaint itself withdrawing the present consumer complaint with liberty to file fresh. Liberty granted, of course subject to law of limitation. Accordingly, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. As prayed for, additional sets of complaint and documents be returned to the complainant against receipt.

     Certified copy of this order be sent to the complainant free of cost. The file be consigned.
