                                 None for the Ops.

                                               

                        The file taken up today on the application moved by the learned counsel for the complainant. The complainant has made a statement that Ops have compromised the matter with him and nothing remains due against Ops. He has further stated that he does not want to pursue further with the present complaint and wants to withdraw the same. His statement has been recorded.

2.                      In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. The file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
