                        Today the execution application was fixed for appearance of the OPs. Perusal of file reveals that two cheques bearing No.156022 & 001059 dated 10.08.2017 & 15.06.2017 amounting to Rs.16,104/- & Rs.15,000/- have been received by post in compliance of order under execution. Complainat has made a separate statement in which he states that he has received two cheques bearing No.156022 & 001059 dated 10.08.2017 & 15.06.2017 amounting to Rs.16,104/- & Rs.15,000/- in compliance of order under execution. Now nothing remains towards the Ops. So, he wants to withdraw his present execution application being fully satisfied.

                        Heard. In view of the statement, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
