                   The case was fixed for filing written statement by OPs No.1 & 2, but in this case the counsel for the OPs No.1 & 2 suffered a statement that as per the instructions of the company, the company has made the payment of Rs.1,04,000/- in the saving bank account of the complainant, vide UTR No.000303130078 as full and final and copy of the email is Annexure A-1 to A-4 and according to this statement, the matter has been settled between the parties and nothing has been due towards the OPs. That’s the reason the complainant has not come in the Commission since 21.10.2020. So, the present complaint is disposed off as the matter has been settled. File be consigned to the Record Room.
