Today the case is fixed for arguments. At this stage, complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that he wants to withdraw his present complaint with liberty to file fresh one.

Heard. In view of the statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh one. We order accordingly.

A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
