Complainant is absent   without   step. Opp. party-Make My Trip   (India ) is present   through   learned  counsel. It is seen from  the record   that  complainant   was absent   on   18/8/21, 26/11/21, 24/2/22, 13/5/22  &   10/8/22  although  the  case   has   been fixed   for cross   examination.   We are of   the view  that   complainant  is not   interested   to proceed   with the   case . Hence,  the case is  dismissed   for default.
