                                    Sh.   Harsh Vardhan , counsel for opposite party.

ORDER:  

                        Today the case was fixed for issuing notice to opposite parties.

                        Power of attorney on behalf of Shri Harsh Varddhan Advocate, counsel for opposite party has been filed.

                        Shri Harsh Vardhan, counsel for the opposite party has made a statement that “we are ready to settle the matter for Rs.1,50,000/- in lump-sum as settlement amount towards the claim of the complainant in the present matter.  A period of 15 days may kindly be granted to make the payment of said settlement amount by the insurance company.

                        Shri Naresh Kumar Rawat, counsel for the complainant has made a statement that “I have heard the statement of counsel for opposite party  and ready to settle the matter for Rs.1,50,000/- on behalf of the complainant, as full and final settlement towards the claim of the complainant.  Order may be passed accordingly.

                        On the basis of the statement of the parties, the Commission is of the opinion that the complaint is disposed off with the direction to  opposite party to pay Rs.1,50,000/- in lump-sum to the complainant within 15 days from the date of this order.  Copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs.   File be consigned to the record room.
