        Today the case is fixed for admission hearing. 

        Heard Ld. Advocate for complainants.  Perused the petition of complaint and copies of documents and materials on record.

            Going through the materials on record and touching upon the submission of Ld. Advocate appearing for the complainant we are of the view that the allegation as a whole raised by the complainant  does not constitute to project that complainant is consumer with in the definition of C.P.A., 2019. Not only that to our mined complainant has failed to establish the case prima facie and we are of the view that prima facie that there is no material to proceed with the case further.

            Thus, the instant case stands rejected accordingly.
