ORDER

     Today the learned counsel for complainant has made statement, recorded on the previous order sheet, that the complainant has received an amount of Rs.4000/- vide UPI ID 21649994752 and after receipt of the above said amount the matter stands settled to the satisfaction of the complainant and prayed for withdrawal of the present consumer complaint. In view of the statement of the counsel for complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being settled.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
