ORDER

     Perusal of the record shows that this complaint was filed on 17.10.2017. Record further shows that notice was sent to the OPs for 11.01.2018, but was returned with the remark ‘left’. Complainant was directed to file correct address. Complainant had absented on 26.02.2018. Not only this, there is repeated absence of the complainant, no steps are being taken for the further progress of the complaint in the form of filing of correct address of OPs as well as steps for their substituted service. Even today neither the complainant nor his counsel is present. Hence, this complaint is dismissed for want of prosecution and repeatedly non appearance of the complainant.

     Certified copy of this order be sent to the complainant free of cost. The file be consigned.
