File taken up today on the application filed by Ld. Counsel for the complainants. Ld. Counsel for complainants has suffered the statement that the compromise has been effected between the parties. The complainants have received the amount of Rs. 1,70,000/- as full  and final settlement of the present case. The complainants do not want to proceed further with the present case, therefore the present complaint may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. In view of the statement of Ld. Counsel for complainants, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to records after its due compliance.
