This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to  refund a sum of Rs.41,749/- which was paid at the time of booking tickets by the complainant and further to pay a sum of Rs.19,500/- spent by the complainant for another flight ticket in Singapore and to pay a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony, anguish, loss of business and suffering caused to the complainant on account of deficiency in service and unfair trade practice along with interest at the rate of 12% p.a. from the date of filing the complaint till the date of realization with cost of Rs.10,000/- to the complainant.

 

Proof affidavit of both complainant and opposite parties not filed for a long time to prove their respective complaint and written version.   Both parties and Counsels called absent for a long time.  Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
