ORDER

     Counsel for complainant wants to make statement. Recorded and placed on file. As per statement of counsel for complainant, complainant has not imparted any instructions to him to pursue the complaint further. Not only this, complainant has been appearing in person in the present consumer complaint before this Forum. Today, neither he has appeared nor he instructed his counsel. Perusal of the record i.e. order dated 22.02.2018 shows that on his statement, the name of OP No.2 was deleted. Thereafter, this consumer complaint is being repeatedly postponed for filing the rejoinder and written arguments. Neither rejoinder filed nor the written arguments. Not only this, even complainant has not appeared. Therefore, there is no justification to issue a notice to him. Hence, we proceed to dismiss this consumer complaint for want of appearance of the complainant as well as non compliance of the order of this Forum i.e. furnishing rejoinder and written arguments.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
