Complainant no. 2 is present in person.

The Misc. Application dated 13.03.2023 filed by the complainant no. 2/petitioner no. 2 is taken up for hearing.

Heard both sides.

Complainant no. 2 prays for passing necessary order directing the opposite party to register the deed of conveyance in respect of flat in question in favour of the complainants.

Ld. Advocate for the opposite party raised objection.

On perusal of the complaint application, it appears that the complaint has been filed by the complainants inter-alia on the prayer for registration of the deed of conveyance and other reliefs. So, the main prayer of the complaint application cannot be allowed by way of any interim order in favour of the parties to the case.

Therefore, the Misc. Application dated 13.03.2023 is not liable to be allowed.

Hence, it is,

Ordered

    that the Misc. Application being No. 105/2023 is dismissed on contest but without cost.
