  2. Manipal Cigna Health Insurance Company Limited, 32-B third floor, Rajinder Nagar, Pusa Road, New Delhi 110005, near Pillar No.122 of Metro Station, Karol Bagh Delhi, through its Manager.
  3. Union Bank of India, Assandh, District Karnal, through its Branch Manager.

Present:  Sh. Randeep Rana, counsel for the complainant.

                   Sh. Sanjeev Vohra, counsel for the OPs No.1 & 2.

                   Shri Satish Arora, counsel for the OP No.3.

                  

                   Today the case is fixed for evidence of OPs as well as for making payment of cost of Rs.500/- by each OPs, subject to last opportunity. Learned counsel for OP No.3 tendered into evidence affidavit Ex.OP3/A and documents Ex.OP3/1 and closed the evidence by suffering separate statement.

                   Learned counsel for OPs No.1 & 2 suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been settled with the complainant and the company/OPs No.1 & 2 shall pay an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- to the complainant within 45 days from today as full and final payment.

                   Learned counsel for the complainant has also suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been settled with the OPs/company and the company is ready to pay an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- to the complainant within 45 days from today as full and final. He further stated that keeping in view the statement of learned counsel for OPs No.1 & 2, he withdraws the present complaint being compromise. 

                In view of the above statements, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Both parties will bound by their statements. Parties concerned be communicated the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
