Today is fixed for admission hearing. Complainant side is found present. In course of hearing the complainant side lays emphasis on the agreement for sale dated 04/12/2019.

On close compare of the said Agreement for Sale with the complaint petition, it is revealed that there is a lot of controversy and/or discrepancy. Moreover, the Agreement for Sale is going to depict that it is a “sale simplicitor”. Thus, it is crystal clear the complaint case as it is framed and filed cannot be admitted. So, the complaint petition is returned to the filing lawyer for presenting the same before the appropriate Forum.

In light of the observation made above, this complaint case is disposed off.
