This is a complaint filed under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986, alleging manufacturing defect on the part of opposite parties 1 &2 in respect of a vehicle purchased by the complainant. The opposite parties1 & 2 entered appearance and filed written version denying the allegation of manufacturing defects on the part of the opposite parties 1 &2.  In this case the complainant filed chief affidavit on 13/09/2017 and subsequently since 29/08/2019 the complainant was continuously absent and failed to mark the documents produced by the complainant before this Commission. No evidence was put forth by the complainant for proving his case. Hence for want of evidence the case of complainant fails.

                     In the result, the complaint stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to cost.

                         A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
