4.9.15.                          None for the complainant.

                                      This complaint has been received by post on 27.3.2015.  It appears that simply a photocopy of the original complaint having no original signatures of the complainant, has been sent.  Alongwith the complaint, no fees and extra sets of the complaint have been sent.  On 1.5.2015 the office issued SPC to complainant to do the needful, but none appeared.  On 1.6.2015 and on 25.7.2015 again case was listed before the Commission, but none appeared.  The defaults found by the office were also not removed.  On both the dates, SPC was issued to complainant informing the next date in the case.  However, none is appeared.  It appears that the complainant is not interested in pursuing this complaint. 

                                      The complaint is therefore, dismissed for want of prosecution.
