                     Complaint passed over several times since morning. But none put in appearance on behalf of the complainant to file rejoinder/ evidence and conditional cost. It is already 3:15 P.M. No further wait is justified and possible. The matter has been fixed  for rejoinder/evidence of complainant since 30.09.2015 but till date rejoinder and  evidence is not filled by the complainant. It seems that the complainant is not interested in  prosecution of complaint.

          Therefore, this Forum has no option except to dismiss the complaint in default for non-prosecution. Hence the complaint is dismissed in default for non prosecution.

Copy of order be sent to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to the record room.
