                    Learned counsel for the JDs moved an application.  He has stated that the Hon’ble National Commission has stayed the operation of the impugned order vide its order dated 01.04.2016, subject to deposit of 50 per cent amount of the awarded amount.  He has further stated that in compliance of the aforesaid order of Hon’ble National Commission, the JD has desposited Rs. 437100/- vide DD dated 28.04.2016 with the District Forum.  He has further prayed that the bank account of the JDs kindly be ordered to be released which was attached vide order of this District Forum.  In view of the submissions of the counsel for the JDs it is ordered that the bank account of the JDs be released.

                    The appeal of JD is pending before Hon’ble National Commission.  It would not be justified to keep pending this exeucution further.  Therefore, the execution application of the DH is disposed of.  The DH will be at liberty to file fresh execution after the passing of the final order in the appeal, if so advised. File be consigned to the record room.
