ORDER BY HON’BLE PRESIDENT- MR. P.K. PADHI:

                                                                                                 JUDGMENT

            Final award under Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 2015 has already been passed on 23.5.2019, whereas the consumer complaint has been filed on 16.9.2019 as such this Commission has no jurisdiction to adjudicate the case in view of the settled position of law. Accordingly consumer complaint is dismissed. No cost.
