This case taken up on today for announcement of final order by this Forum. However, before passing the final order, parties have reached into amicable settlement. This Forum is not required to become stumbling bloc in the amicable settlement of parties. Statement of complainant as well as Shri Manjeet Chawla one of the partners of respondent No.3 recorded. In view of statement of complainant and partner of the respondent No.3, without making any adverse comment on the act and conduct of any of the parties, this complaint is disposed of with the direction to the complainant to make payment of Rs. 40,000/- (Rs. Forty Thousand only) to the respondent No. 3 against proper receipt or by transferring the amount in it bank account within 15 days from today. The respondent No. 3 will disclose his bank account. At the same time, respondent No. 3, who has applied for the registration of the tractor with Registration Authority concerned, will release the tractor, subject matter of this complaint, immediately, on receipt of Rs. 40,000/- (Rs. Forty Thousand only) from the complainant without charging any amount and the complainant will acknowledge the receipt of tractor. After applying for registration of the motor vehicle the issuance of registration certificate is not in the hand of the applicant, rather, it is in the hand of the Registration Authority concerned, therefore, in case at the time of delivery of the tractor to the complainant the registration certificate is not delivered it by the respondent No.3 then, he shall make every effort to delivery as soon as possible on issuance of the same by the authority concerned. The complaint qua respondents No.1 and 2 is dismissed. File be consigned to the records.
