Opp. party  no-2  is present  through learned  counsel.   Complainant  is absent . Opp. party   no-1  &  3  are absent .

We have found that      complainant  was   absent  on  21/10/20,  25/11/20,  23/12/20,   29/01/21,  19/02/21,   &   23/03/21   . Case  record  was  put  up  on  16/06/21   although  the case  was   fixed   on  13/05/21   due to  pandemic  situation   Covid-19  . The  next date  was fixed  on   20/07/21   . It  is seen   that  complainant  was   absent   on this  date. 

We  are   of the view  that complainant  is  not interested  to proceed   and hence,  the case  is dismissed   for default.
