                   File taken up today on the application moved by the complainant for withdrawal of the complaint. Sh.Bikramjit Singh, complainant appeared alongwith Ms.Shikha, Adv.and suffered statement that matter has been compromised with opposite party No.2 and opposite party No.2 has changed the major part ( Turbo charger )  of the vehicle in question on 4.5.2022 and has also given warranty on the changed part ( Turbo charger ) of 6 months or 10000 Km. whichever is earlier and also will compensate with spare parts of Rs.10000/- qua the vehicle in question.  He has also produced copy of the e-mail conversation of the opposite party No.2 regarding settlement.  As such, he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and withdraw the same. Consequently, in view of the above statement, present complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room.
