                    This review application has been filed seeking restoration of First Appeal No.167/2020 which suffered dismissal for want of prosecution on 12.11.2020.

                    Having regard to the fact that there is no error apparent on the face of record while dismissing the appeal, no case is made out to review the order dismissing the appeal. We therefore dismiss this application.
