This record is placed before the Lok Adalat for its disposal. Complainant was directed to show cause as he was not present on previous consecutive dates before the ld. Forum. On the previous date complainant by filing a petition stated that a talk of compromise is going on between the parties, therefore he is not in a position to file show case and prays to place the case record before the Lok Adalat for its disposal.
Complainant is also not present today. O.P. is present. Therefore, the complainant is not interested with this case to proceed further. Hence the case be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution. With this observation the case record is disposed of through this Lok Adalat.
