File taken up today on application filed by Counsel for the Complainant for withdrawing of the above title case.

Statement of Sh.Prubjyot Singh Sidana, Advocate Counsel for the Complainant recorded that in the above said title case, compromise has been effected as the OP has delivered the Thar in question on 30.07.2021. Hence the complainant does not want to proceed with the present complaint and same may be dismissed as withdrawn.

So accordingly, in view of the statement suffered by Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn after having been compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
