Statement of complainant recorded to the effect that he is ready to pay the installments for the month of February 2020 and March 2020 in the month of September 2020 and further bound to pay installments on due date. On the other hand, statement of Sh. Suraj Oberai Area Collection Manager of Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited, Branch Patiala also recorded to the effect that in view of the statement of Harmail Singh, they are ready to deliver the vehicle in question to the complainant which is lying in the yard of the company in somewhere, now as per the complainant version that vehicle in question is lying in the yard at Hanumangarh, they are ready to deliver the possession of the vehicle to the complainant before this Saturday. 

In view of the statements of the parties, the present complaint is disposed of accordingly. Parties are bound by their statements. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to records after its due compliance.
