Complainant as well as on the counsel of the complainant is absent today & taken any steps nor complied the previous orders.In this case,The complainant was directed to remove defects on noted in the office note .It has been seen that the complainant has not complied he same till date from dt 18.03.09 to 03.07.09.Hence is view of above facts & circumstance,the complainant petition is dropped is not complied to remove the defects.
