It will not be necessary for us to examine the factual aspect of the matter. This case can be disposed off by directing the Opposite Party to respond to the grievances raised by the Complainant by letter dated 18.7.2022.

The Opposite Party Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited shall address the grievances of the Complainant (Shri Aslam Ahmed) preferably within a month from the date of receipt of this Order.

Copy of this Order shall be communicated to both parties.

Case disposed off without prejudice to the Complainant to approach this Commission in event of Complainant not being satisfied with the response of the Opposite Party to the letter dated 18.7.2022.
