Heard the learned Counsel appearing on behalf the Petitioner.
On perusal of records, we find that the Complainant has filed the Consumer Complaint bearing no. 235/2023 before learned  DCDRC, Khurdha with prayer to pass appropriate order permanently restraining the Opposite Parties from seizing/repossessing the vehicle of the Complainant bearing Registration No. OD-29-F-9949 and claiming compensation, mental agony and litigation expenses.
