J U D G M E N T.

MRS SUSMITA MISHRA, PRESIDENT .

                      The complainant namely Prativa Dhal, aged about 56 years has been filed this C.C.Case No.13 of 2020 Under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act,1986, (correspondence to  Section.35 of the C.P.Act,2019) against the above-named O.Ps and taken up today for order. Since it is a year old case, we are disposing it on priority basis  as per mandate of C.P.Act,2019.

                     We have gone through  the case record and perused the entire order sheets and on repeated calls no body turned up from both the parties for hearing on 19.01.2024 . It is also clearly shows that since 04.05.2023 the complainant remained absent and has not taken any step in this case. It seems that the complainant is not interested to proceed further in this case.

                     Hence, the present C.C.Case 13 of 2020 is hereby dismissed due to non-prosecution and accordingly disposed off . No order as to cost.

                     Pending  Interim Application, if any, also stands disposed off.

Issue extract of the order to the  concerned parties .
