ORDER BY HON’BLE PRESIDENT- MR. P.K. PADHI:

                                                                                                       JUDGMENT

            Complainant claims to be the Power of Attorney holder of owner of vehicle No.OR-21-E-4436 Bolero Plus but there is not a scrap of paper to rely the said statement. The dispute relates to insurer and insured and complainant being a 3^rd party having no correspondence either with the parties or with the vehicle cannot be treat to be a consumer as such complainant is not coming within the purview of Sec.2(g) of Consumer Protection Act, 1986. As such the consumer complaint is dismissed. No cost.
