                                                                                                      JUDGMENT

            Final award has already passed by the Arbitrator against complainant under Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 prior to filing of consumer complaint which the complainant has suppressed and not disputed the same. In view of the settled principles of law this Commission cannot interfere where final award has been passed under Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Accordingly consumer complaint is dismissed. No cost.
