Both the complainant & his Advocate are present and filed a petition for withdrawal of this case along with xerox copy of Aadhaar card of the complainant & one sheet of payment receipt.                                          It is stated in the petition that as the case has already been settled between both the Parties outside of this Commission, the complainant does not want to proceed with this case & wants to withdraw the same. The complainant is the master of his own case. When he wants to withdraw the case, this Commission feels it proper to allow the petition for withdrawal of the case.

                                         Accordingly, the present case is disposed of as withdrawn. The withdrawal petition filed by Advocate for the complainant is also disposed of.
