                        Today the case was fixed for arguments. Case called several times since morning but no one appeared on behalf of complainant. It is 3.30 P.M. From the perusal of order sheet, it is appraised that complainant is not appearing from last eight (8) continuously hearing. The evidence of the complainant has already been closed by court order dated 12.05.2016.  The case pertains to the year 2011. It seems that complainant is not interested to pursue the present complaint. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
