O R D E R

 

S.C. KAUSHIK, MEMBER:

 

          Learned counsel for both the parties have appeared and stated at bar that the matter has been settled between the parties. Learned counsel for complainant has also placed on record settlement deed, which also bears the signatures of complainant (Madhu Rani) as well as a photocopy of cheque bearing No.001784 dated 07.11.2023 amounting to Rs.3,42,000/- issued in favour of Madhu Rani (complainant). Learned counsel for complainant further stated at bar that since the matter has been compromised complainant wants to withdraw the present complaint.

2.                  In view of the facts mentioned above, present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.

3.                  Application(s) pending, if any, stand disposed of in terms of the aforesaid Order.

4.                  A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for perusal of the parties.

5.                  File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
