Since morning despite repeated calls neither complainant appeared nor his counsel. We have gone through the complaint. The complainant has not filed any agreement where delivery was schedules for 22.03.2023. No documentary proof filed with regard to having Rs.12,70,000/- for payment of booked vehicle Thar as alleged. In our opinion no consumer dispute crystallized as per Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Therefore, present complaint is dismissed. File be consigned to record room.
