                        The case was taken up today in the Lok Adalat. The complainant has sent application for withdrawal of the complaint. It is stated therein the application by the complainant that OPs have updated the 7 night of club mahindra and food vouchers of Rs.5000/-, hence he does not want to proceed further with this case and prayed for dismissal of the complaint as withdrawn. Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
