Ashwant Kashyap, aged 52 years, son of Late Shri Raj Kumar, resident of House No.1197, near Khera Chowk, Kalal Majri, Ambala City, District Ambala.

                   File taken up today on filing of application, by the learned counsel for the complainant, for pre-ponement and withdrawal of the case. Complainant has made a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that matter has been settled between the parties. As per settlement, he has received a demand draft of Rs.80,000/-. Now, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraws the same. Said statement has been identified by the learned counsel for the complainant.

 

                   In view of the above-said statement of the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Certified copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
