ORDER

     Vide his separate statement recorded on 20.02.2024, Sh.Parminder Singh, Counsel for Complainant has stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and as per settlement, the complainant has received the full principle amount from OPs and he has received the draft of Rs.25,000/- in favour of complainant bearing draft No.519948 dated 08.02.2024 drawn on ICICI Bank alongwith Rs.5000/- in cash on behalf of complainant from OPs through their counsel Sh.Lalit Sood, Advocate, as full & final settlement in the present matter and he withdraws the present consumer complaint. In view of the statement made by the counsel for complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
