ORDER

     Sh.J.S.Bhatia, Advocate, has filed vakalatnama on behalf of OPs. The parties have settled the dispute in sum of Rs.1,20,000/-. Counsel for OPs has handed over a draft of Rs.1,20,000/- to the complainant, which the complainant has received as full and final settlement. Photocopy of draft is taken on record. In view of the statement in the shape of endorsement made by the complainant on the order sheet itself, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being settled.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
