Present Sh. Anup Kumar Upadhyay, Counsel for the complainant and AR on behalf of OP-1 i.e. British Airways Ltd. settlement arrived between the parties and AR for OP-1 has given a cheque bearing no.222284 of Rs.1,50,000/- drawn on Citi Bank to the complainant towards full & final settlement. Counsel for the complainant has received above said cheque from OP and stated that he is fully satisfied with the settlement and no other grievance of left. Photocopy of cheque alongwith receiving is placed on record.

In view of above, the case of the complainant is disposed of as settled. File be consigned to record room.
